Jussie Smollett Compares His Legal Battle with City of Chicago to George Floyd Protests

The city is suing Jussie for $130,000 over the ‘hoax’ that occurred in January 2019. Meanwhile, Smollett claims Chicago is refusing to hand over evidence that police officers lied about the case. In new legal documents, he is requesting files related to the termination of Chicago PD Superintendent Eddie Johnson, who was involved in the original case against him. Johnson was fired in December after being caught drinking and kissing his alleged mistress during a night out. Mayor Lori Lightfoot kicked him to the curb after he misled her and the public about the incident.

He just doesn't know when to stop. I guess he assumes if he keeps his little spat going with the City of Chicago, eventually people will forget he fabricated the entire "attack".

Yep, this will be his best time to get the Twitter world on his side. He's an arse, but that's a smart move on his part.
Wouldn't be surprised to see a lot of defendant attorneys rushing their AA clients murder cases up to feed on y sympathy for the black man rush that's sweeping the nation. I'd expect many OJ like acquittals.
