The idea of juggalos in the armed forces terrifies me. I'm trying to think what would disturb me more...finding out there were 100 ISIS members in the Army or finding out there were 100 juggalos.

Fans of the rap group Insane Clown Posse. They're basically the dregs of society. I've seen plenty of photos of their fans, there are very, very, very few attractive people in the crowd and most appear to lack a high school education. The juggalos I've met were some of the dumbest human beings I've known.
