Okay. Back on track. She has done this long enough. I do wonder what she has on someone and who that someone is for this to go on for so long?

It's all about race. You must not know her whole background story. The only reason she is still on the bench because she's a black female.

That campaign video with the prison character is fricking pathetic. I cannot believe this woman has been elected time and time again. She's a brazen criminal, and people like the woman in Beauragard Town are literal proof that her decisions are leading to deaths in our community. She sits up there in front of the camera smiling today, but I can't wait until we get to smile when, if ever, we get to smile when she is on the other side of a judges decision. Seems like there is more than enough proof of her repeated, biased behavior.

Baton Rouge legal system in general is completely ludicrous. From their targeting of LSU students for MIP's, which I completely understand is them trying to curb underage binge drinking, all the way up to elected officials.
It's almost a right of passage to get an MIP at LSU. I got mine and the officer basically told me if I didn't tell him what was in the cup I threw out he would charge me with littering, unlawful use of a garbage can, and like three other BS charges that would cost me 3k. Or I could just tell him and do pre trial diversion. I literally threw my cup away on Jennifer Jeane in someones garbage can that was on the curb. How that is literring is beyond me. Fast forward to PRE-trial diversion. I sign up and don't go to court because my pre-trial diversion case worker told me not to (PRE-trial diversion), and get a bench warrant. They then charge me for field testing of alcohol, bench warrant removal fee, lab testing, and an expungement fee. Neither of the tests were done on the alcohol. They couldn't provide me results of either tests, and there was literally nothing in my cup to test. It's a complete joke, but it's easier, and cheaper, to pay the 500 dollars than hire a lawyer for a misdemeanor.

No comment from Judge Trudy and no comment from the monitoring company....Sweet
I'd love to see Trudy and the monitoring company catch total hell.

I really hope it's a career-ending ordeal in that case.

So, let's just say she is corrupt.
How long would it take to get her off the bench? I mean judges can't be fired right off the bat, can they?

That Deedy stuff was possibly the funniest shite that I've ever read on the O-T.

Of all the dumb bitches I've read about on TD over the years, she gets my vote for the dumbest. Ok, at least in the Top 3. The Bella Noche bitches were pretty fricking dumb too.

I'm not bitching, or claiming I didn't break the law. I did the crime, and I paid the fine. The only reason I referred to it as "ludicrous" is because it's nothing other than a money grab. You get caught doing something that should go on your record and you pay a $125 fine, but if you pay the city ~$500 they magically get dismissed or expunged. You don't find that just a little ridiculous?

Why? You have a pending case?

I caught the tail end of a commercial on WAFB this morning that Ch. 9 is going to run another "Investigates" story on Judge White tonight. Anyone know if this is a new story or is this on the bond orders that WAFB did a story on earlier?

She's a black female judge. You are a racist just for starting this thread.
