Why wouldn't you want this person to uphold the law?

Please explain.

Because the race of the victim played a role in the case. Read before you post. The officer joked about beating a ******.

So, he was convicted of a hate crime? I didn't know that.

've never seen a white judge bring race into the equation. Why couldn't she just be outraged that a cop unjustly beat a citizen?

Because the cop made the beating about race, explicitly.

wut does that have to do with anything? This must be the first time some of you have seen a judge give their sentencing statement.

Well to be fair, the officer made comments about beating a *^%#+=

So she was spot on.

By the way, her sentence was below the guidelines

Which is why I'm sure you support the termination of cops whenever they find them exchanging extremely racist/biased text messages and the like.

Regardless of how you feel about what she said or how she said it, do you feel that the proper sentence was handed down? In your opinion, was justice served in this case?

You posted an image of the judge and criticized her ability to uphold the law based on that image.

What in the image is unprofessional and biased? I'd like for you to point it out to me.

Then the judge did what she was supposed to do. It's difficult to understand why you are criticizing the judges ability to uphold the law when you agree that she handed down an appropriate sentence and justice was served in this case.

Yeah, it's pretty telling that many here are more offended by the judge than the cop.

Just to be clear...The cop is a piece of shite.

But I hold judges to a higher standard than cops.
