Judge Eboni Johnson Rose accused of destroying evidence

Judge Johnson Rose is accused of destroying the jury’s polling slips in a case that got reversed at the La Supreme Court in which the defendant was announced as innocent then she quickly reversed the verdict claiming that the jury had not voted to acquit.
There is email evidence sent to the defendant’s attorney that Judge Johnson Rose had the slips, which had been requested for the appeal, that was sent by a member of the Clerk of Court office.
