Anyone know when the construction on Jones Creek is scheduled to be completed? I know they are re-doing the sewage pipe first and then widening but is this shite going to go into 2018?

Definitely looks like it's years from being completed.

They don't seem to be in a rush.

I wonder if this construction is having an adverse effect on real estate prices around the green trails Shenandoah area

the north side of jones creek seemingly took 3-4 years, with fewer traffic and businesses

That's what I was afraid of. But weren't there budgetary and litigation issues with the GC on that project?

Allowing Level Homes to build in the neighborhood is having more effect on the real estate prices than the construction.

I think they are going to open up odds in Vegas. Jones Creek Completion vs George Oneal Completion.

My odds are on George Oneal, they are moving with that project.
