Thought that was implied? Didnt want to get banned for spelling it out.
People don't get banned for asking harmless and stupid questions...
People have actually said some pretty horrible stuff on here and have been fine.

Better question would be why more people don't use the lavender or original scented J&J baby lotion. That stuff smells great.

Some people have no workplace etiquette.

A fellow poster and myself as well as some other people went to Pensacola a few years back. Lots of drugs and booze. We would hit a few key bumps of Coke before heading out. This dude lathered down with coconut lotion before every trip out. It smelled like such shite it was hilarious.

Their skin gets dry easily so why wouldn't they lube up often?

But I thought that skin, specifically, doesn't crack

But HOURLY application of this particular lotion seems like a "my strange addiction" sort of thing.
You haven't been around black people much, right?
It's not uncommon for them to put lotion on often. They don't like being ashy. I mean I guess it's a cultural difference, but who cares?

When I played AAU basketball as young teen, I was the only white kid on the team. When we would travel, there would be 4 kids to a room (2 to a bed). That dude would lather up his body from head to toe in coco butter. It smelled so damn good. But if I rolled over in the night, I could tell which parts of the sheets he had already touched because it would have that lotion-y film on it. And god forbid I rolled into him, he was lubed up. I'd have residue on me all night. He was silky smooth though; I'll give him that. Can't get caught with that ash on ya.

Black people get ashy if they don't apply lotion frequently. White people do too you just can't really tell as much. You ever get itchy in the winter?

Yeah, but no one's skin should really be that dry in S La in the summer...it's humid enough here to naturally hydrate most people's skin. Not exactly a Russian tundra we are living in. Do they apply it every 15 minutes in a dry environment?

People can become dependent on products like these if they start to use them all the time.

Indians (dot, not feather) do it to keep from smelling like body odors. It isn't successful.
