Yep, the one on Benton near I-20 is horrible. But the one on Airline Drive near Swan Lake Road is good.

correct, on Staring.

It used to be good and cheap here, but both of those changed this year.

Actually, it is overhyped by south LA folks. Folks in North LA don't get all crazy about it. On a scale from 1-10 Johnny's pizza is a 4 at best.

Disagree, folks from Funroe go apeshit over Johnny's pizza.

The whole time it's been there I haven't heard great personal reviews. Guess I'll stick to Schlitz, Red Zeppelin (mainly for the beer specials), and Roma in Praireville (i.m.o. The best around).

The one in Baton Rouge is pretty good. It actually reminds me a bit of Fleur Di Lis. The pizza on the buffet line is not as good a when you order one. The service is sometimes really shitty too.

It's like any of those "hometown joints" that you miss when you're away because you remember it from being a kid, so you return to town and it's the first thing you want to eat . . . but you soon remember that it was just a joint to hang out as a teen. The pizza is not great, just different from franchised places.
