I have one great Besh memory. His making it big time was when Vicky Baily hired him to open a place in Abita Springs. I can't remember the name of it, but it was an old place that they spent a lot refurbishing.
I was with a group who took a mini bus to the northshore on the first night they had customers for a Christmas party. The food blew us away. He shot up the popularity charts very quickly.

I finally took the time to look it up. It was Artesia. It had to be at least 20 years ago.
