It's hit or miss. Some times it's a really good back and forth and some times he just listens to the guest, those are always good. But it sucks when he gets high and over explains simple shite trying to sound smart.

Rogan is a great host, especially at adapting to his guests

I've really started to get into it. Neil degrasse Tyson and Alex jones were both very entertaining. The last one I listened to I quit about 30 minutes in, dan Pena. Dude seemed full of shite.

Typical Joe response on politics or economics:

Joe: You've got all these people and they need to buy things, how do they buy things? Money. And what are they gonna do to get that money? They're gonna get jobs or sell things or do services, there's all kinds of things that people are gonna do to get money to buy things. What do they need to buy? They're gonna use that money to buy food and housing and clothes and all kinds of stuff, so you've got this system and its all in place and it's just crazy. So what's the solution? I don't know. But it's crazy and we need to figure something out.

Guest: hmm.....

It's usually really good with Sam Harris, but this last time they got into free will and Joe just didn't get it. So he kept spinning his wheels, it was a little frustrating, but it's more hit than miss. I like the podcast.

That's a pretty deep subject to grasp especially when you're riffing with Sam Harris.

That's probably what Sam Harris would look like if Joe was teaching Sam MMA.

Alex Jones from a about a month ago was so $$$. They could've done 5-6 hours easily if Alex didn't drink.

Alex also challenged Baldwin to a bare knucks boxing match today.

I don't know, for someone who talks about introspection and psychedelics as much as Joe does, I was a little disappointed with his outlook (or just general lack of curiosity on it). But this is nitpicking, it's a good podcast.

Not so fast my friend, Sam is pretty well versed in jujitsu. Pretty interesting guy. That's another good podcast, Waking Up with Sam.
