I agree. Just buy in your price range within Auburn and don’t let your wife fall in love with $500,000 homes.

North Donahue had tons of housing. Camden ridge. Donahue ridge. Northwoods. Etc. Lots of 4br options below 350k. There are 5br in the area just limited supply. Quick hop onto 280 it is an easy drive. The zoned elementary schools are fantastic. I've lived in that area for 15 years and make the commute to LaGrange Ga. You miss all the traffic that early and if you work on Eastern Time zone you get back home before 5. I'm an early riser so I find I prefer working on Eastern and living on Central.
