Jennings is 70/30 non-trashy/trashy areas. Crowley is 30/70.
I personally like living in Crowley better, but that's despite the surroundings.

As to the article ryno posted, holeee shite. My theory: a couple of them were killed by Frankie and his niece. Others killed at the behest of law enforcement because of something they saw.
