You're right, let's just re-open completely. What could go wrong?

Nothing worse than what’s going on now. We passed the reopening spike and are almost in the downward trend.

GYMs-NO ISSUE

BARS- MAJOR ISSUES, yuge outbreaks, contact tracing says it bad, people dying inside, major deaths. Must close.

Gyms account for less than 1% of the cases in the state in public areas. 26/1600 total cases.

Apparently bars are 450/1600 according to LDH

We are supposed to be in Phase 3 right now. Is that going forward?

Yes the lag has always been there. They are making excuses and contradicting themselves.

We overreacted but no one will admit it.

I think we did as well for an all-out shutdown. It was unnecessary and it was clear leaders panicked.

At the same time I don't agree with "no reason". It was legit concerning but I think we are getting smarter. Hope to see progressing tactics for returning to normal

Now he's contradicting the stress on hospital angle... We have many more beds and ready for a surge. Now the issue is staffing... because hospitals let so many go. They don't want to rehire anyway because they're still not doing enough procedures to pay for them.

He’s not even a good lawyer. If his name wasn’t Edwards we could be free of this count.

Yeah that rubbed me the wrong way to say the least. If current numbers (which are not low) doesn't cause us to move backwards, then focus on continuing to make progress towards "open"

Probably because People who actually take care of themselves don’t politicize a virus. The alcoholics on the other hand are the typical posters here

No it wasn't. People were just manipulated into thinking it was something worth all of this. Less than 0.5% fatality rate. Hardly any impact on people younger than 60 and basically no impact if you're younger than 30. We went from protecting hospital capacity to think of grandma to think of the children to long-term effects. We are getting dumber and dumber as the goal posts move.

You want to know who is currently spreading the disease? 18-30 year old... blacks. You heard that right. If you look at the data broken down by demographic, young black people are the most cases per capita. They go to bars too but they also have the house gatherings whether its drinking, smoking, or gaming. You seriously think that's the demographic of the OT?
