No, Trump has made it clear he's leaving it up to the Governor's to make the decisions. He suggests that everyone follow CDC guidelines. CDC has never mandated shutdowns or mandated masks.

The only reason I say this is because of the constant bashing of the current gov... everyone on here thinks they could do a better job at this point than Edwards is doing..... just think if Rispone was gov??????? He would not have a clue.....

Wouldnt it be funny if he came out and said hes had enough, then says "pretend like your living your lives 3 years ago, cause that's how its going to be. Everything is opened up and a limit is on Nothing. Have a nice day"

Everyone IRL thinks JBE is doing a great job. TD is the only place that bashes him. And to your point about Rispone, it is spot on.

That's my bet.
Most of the school plans I've seen are hinged on being in Phase 2. He'll keep us in "Phase 2" but it'll more closely resemble 1 so that schools will open and he won't have to take the heat for that.
