The last Louisiana gubernatorial election was a test run for November 3rd. They stole it for JBE in New Orleans... and BR and Shreveport. Same folks that did it there worked to "get out the vote" on the national level for the Presidential election.

I remember watching vote totals and Edwards got something like 90-95% of votes in Orleans Parish and thinking "hmmm that seems off." Sure OP is a big Democratic city but 95%? That seemed high.

Some legislators have been notified. JBE is not calling it Phase One but the rules he is announcing today are the same as Phase One. No indoor dining.

He got 87% in the primary and 90% in the runoff in Orleans.

From what I heard it will be like bars. He won't ban indoor dining but only allow it in parishes under the same positive rate.
