Learn how to deer hunt. I've got a freezer full of venison that is better than any steak. I did have it processed, that's going to change, $4.62 per lb was my cost.

Deer is generally the most expensive meat in people's fridges around here

I guess I'm lucky to live in Missouri. We have a ton of public land in the Ozarks. I hunted on 20,000 acres near Duke, MO for years. It's still there and worth the trip.

You're right my man. I'm considering spending about $500k for some prime buck territory just for a place for me and some occasional friends/family to hunt.
