Being that damn hot on christmas is one of the reasons we left Louisiana. It's 31 here right now and I wouldn't mind it dropping another 10 degrees.

So tired of the damn heat. I had it in Louisiana for 25 years and I can do without it for the rest of my time.

It's probably my least favorite thing about the South. My wife hates the cold though.

Gunpowder, exploding pumps, underground electrical fires, collapsed buildings, the list goes on and on

I’d probably choose the disproportionate amounts of crime and poverty, bu the heat does suck.

Lmao yeah this is shitty too.

It's nice to know that you live in a place where the overwhelming majority of the crime is nothing more than property crime. And usually that's not a worry.

Mid 30s here and it sucks. Prefer the 20s or upper teens

Jet stream isn't favorable here or in the East right now

You can always visit friends or family in the north if you want to experience the cold for Christmas. A little bit goes a long way.

Supposed to be a high of 39 in green bay today, which is unseasonably warm. Gonna go for a run to take advantage.

Side note, so many guns in the sporting goods stores, and everyone says Merry Christmas

When I was a kid the hardware store down the street from our neighborhood sold tools, building supplies and guns and ammo. We used to ride our bikes there to buy 410 shells at like 11-12 years old
