When I see people pussing along when turning, I always think of the Bonanza episode where they had to haul a wagon of nitro across rough country and any sudden bump would blow them all up.

i look left and right for a few seconds, then look back and give them them palms up "WTF" look. if people did what they were supposed to do, traffic would flow smoothly.
when the light turns green, you don't need to establish a 3 car cushion in front of you before you move...you're going 2 mph, you can stop if needed. first guy to a 4 way has the right of way, unless the approaching car shows no sign of stopping, just go. and finally, if you are in the left lane, GTFO!!!

Comes to complete stop in a merge lane. 
Blocks traffic Bluebonnet @ I10 intersection because no way gonna have to wait a other light cycle. frick it,make all the other people piled up I traffic in the interstate off ramp miss their light because you blocking the entire intersection.

Every now and then, when the stars align... the entire line takes off at the same time when the light turns green. It's like everyone was in a hurry and paying attention.

Going slow in the left lane is the worst. I had a guy rage on me this week when I ran up on him while he was doing 60 in a 70 in the left lane. The guy was really pissed so I gave him a thumbs up and waived bye which only angered him more.

There's a special place in hell for these drivers.
ETA: Then there's the days where you're stuck behind a ridiculous amount of cars at a stop light. Light turns green, a million cars go, light turns red, and somehow you've only moved up 3 car lengths in line.
Blows my mind every time.
