He did sign the Blue Lives Matter bill but he made it very clear that he was against it....as it went against what his constituents expected from a liberal Democrat. He realized his veto would have been over ridden.

Dude there's black and white cops that have come out and said that killing was wrong. Procedures and training wasn't followed. Believe me you don't rush a person that is known to have a gun, and tackle them. You take cover, give orders, etc. So are the black and white cops choosing sides??
