Proper migration controls that has good background checks + splits the refugees up into smaller groups that can't form self sustaining cultural communities is fine.
The idea of allowing large groups of people stay together from a different cultural background is moronic. When the migrants are forced to integrate into society due to having no fallback cultural group, there is no problem
