No one knows him so we can’t say for sure. But it’s really just a running meme based on trillhog’s shitty posting and way with words. His story is exaggerated, he says he never had sex with the girl. His story is more so sexual harassment than rape

trillhog was talking to me when this came about and i called him a rapist because of his comment. because he basically said he raped a girl.

That’s not what he said happened. He used the words “getting it in” meaning trying to get some. People took it literally as getting the penis in the vagina. Thus the running meme.
