$42-45K

Not going to have 502 package at that price. Guess it will depend on what his idea of "decked out" is A base Lariat is very well equipped though.

Btw, the engine shut off at red light feature gets aggravating after a while. Most days I push the button to disable it. It's the one thing I wish I could change permanently.

I've hated this feature every time I've seen it. I rent a lot of cars for business. Ford, Chevy, Infiniti, Land Rover.....that feature is annoying on every one of them.

Pretty easy to defeat this feature by jumping two wires in the wiring. Search F150 Forums for a how to.

It's BS that consumers are forced to absorb the cost of this half baked, Government regulatory-driven technology to begin with.

I took an F150 King Ranch home the other night and didn't even notice this feature. I made sure it was turned on in the settings too. I've read that the Ford version of this tech is the least intrusive on the market.

Ford has the best cab layout on the market, IMO.

What dealership did you buy the Explorer from and how much? Thanks

It was Auffenberg Ford in O'Fallon, Il -(Suburb of St Louis). The MSRP was $49,600 we got the vehicle for $42,100 before TT&L. They delivered it to my house for $90.00 (We live 140 miles away)

After test driving all the full size trucks, I agree. I'm baffled that none of the other manufactures have figured out the flat cab floor in the backseat.

I have a fully loaded 2012 Lariat and sat in the back seat for the first time like a year ago and was fricking amazed at how much room there is.

I think the only thing bigger is that Dodge Megacab. I rode to Butler, Alabama in the back of one and the seats reclined. I didn't want to get out and first time I've slept in a vehicle that I can remember.
