I’m surprised at how many here have no understanding of what justification is. He was a willing participant in this fight. You can not engage in violence then claim to be a victim

He picked up a gun on the ground in this video and looked to be engaging people. Guy in black tried to stop him with violence.

Gun man is not innocent and has no defense

Gun man and punch man both injected themselves into a fight. What is said about one can be said about the other.

More context is needed, it's not as simple as you claim and your own post is self defeating AF.

A lot of people here seem to have made up their minds with too little information provided.

We can only imagine how this battle started, so judgements about justifiable are silly.

I have watched this video many times and the gun guy seems to have picked that gun up from the ground and we cannot see how it got on the ground. We do not know whose gun it was. Did it fall during earlier fighting or was it there from someone else?

It is hard to know much of anything from this short clip.

Odd thing is that is Dom Lucre says this is supposed to be in New York, but I thought FreakNik was a Georgia thing. Also there were two murders at FreakNik in May - in Georgia. US Marshals made 2 arrests for murder in that case.

I do not think that we have enough information to make much of a comment on this situation.

Good point, I assumed it was his own gun that he dropped, but it's possible he acted quick to go down and grab a gun that someone else dropped. Can't see enough.

This video shows slightly more, but not much:

Looks like the two green shirts were not on the same side, so it was like 3 to 1 at that point, before black shirt shows up.

Yes but I dont feel bad for him. If you need a gun and you make the choice to be there then I question your judgment

In a 3/4 on 1 fight and you go to the ground, your life is absolutely in danger.

The guy who pulled the gun was one of 3 guys attacking the other guy in green..
