You can go ahead and just plan for the 2024 eclipse.

Forget this one, you waited too late?

I thought I read somewhere that even a glimpse could do a little damage to the retina.

People do realize it's the same sun that rises every day right? Of course you shouldn't stare at the goddamn sun, but the sun tomorrow isn't going to be any brighter than it was today. The reason it causes damage is because retards stare at it for too long and it burns their retinas.

frick yeah you need glasses if you intend on staring at the sun. It doesn't matter whether the sun is partially or completely covered by the moon. That has no impact on anything.

Yeah, but you don't want to run the risk that the lifespan of that thing runs out and it falls off your head while you're staring directly at the sun.

Once upon a time I was falling in love
But now I'm only falling apart
And there's nothing I can say
A total eclipse of the heart
A total eclipse of the heart
A total eclipse of the heart
Turn around bright eyes
