BR water is quick to shut off your water. One month I did not get a bill, and I just never thought to call and find out, water was shut off the day after the bill was due.
They were nice about it, and I guess it was my fault.

No shite, these mfers are talking about auto bill pay. You would have to be fricking nuts or really stupid to have your SWBNO bill on auto pay.
As an aside, I won my latest appeal this morning (without even showing up or calling in) and they are reducing my last two bills by $722. The changes in the dispute resolution appear to be working.

How much can a water bill even be? 20 or 30 bucks a month? If that's causing you problems, then you've got far greater problems than that.

Yes I have. You probably have water leaking somewhere (probably underground) and don't know it. They will usually reduce the bill some, and then make you pay it in installments, if it turns out to be a leak.

I haven’t had any issues with them. Garbage though….this is the city’s fault. But. There are no more regular claw trucks as of last year.
If you have “big garbage” that is too much for two men to easily toss in the back of a garbage truck, they will just leave it. Forever. Limb piles. Furnitire. Etc.
You have to call and request an estimator to come out, look at your trash, and they will give you a quote on how much it will be for a claw truck to come out.
Bill never lowered, but service did.

I must be the lucky one bc I've had decent luck with them. It's Density that's the killer. They jack up rates like crazy but got hit from the Public Serv commissioners

they 100% do charge a fee. it is absurd. no other company that I make monthly payments to charges a fee.
