Is there a way to trace anonymous Instagram accounts?

Have a friend who teaches here in Florida and these middle schoolers are just ripping all the teachers and calling some racists on this account. The school can’t figure out who is doing it.
I figured if there was a place that could tell me how to crack the code it would be here. The school has apparently been trying for awhile and I told my friend that if the OT wanted to it could be figured out very quickly.
I don’t have Instagram but the account is

I told her to just take a few of them in one at a time and tell them they know it’s that kid and they’d sing. Apparently they’re very unified in their trolling of the teachers.

To an extent. You can post their username on the log in page and click “forgot password” and it will tell you info on that person.
Apparently their email address starts with an I and ends in an A, and last digits of their cell are 63. That’s all I got!
