is the pope's encyclical on environment coming out soon?

seeing a lot of chatter on internet about it.

He doesn't have to be smart. He has smart people working for him and he's also hoarding things like the arc of the covenant and other magical items.

Popes have to be smart enough to understand multiple languages at a bare minimum. They aren't dummies.
