I say yes.

Those pharmacists work hard, but damn it takes forever.

I was answering that question. DMV, imo.

I e-mail my script in and tell them tomorrow pick up, they e-mail back 30 minutes later saying it's ready. Not sure where you go, but…….

Find a different pharmacy, I never understood why people wait unless they don't have insurance and need a cheap one or something. I go to one in a medical building that is mainly used just to fill scripts written by docs in that building and I have literally always walked out of the door with my meds within 5 minutes of handing them the script.

No way. The DMV is one of the most miserable places you will ever have to go to. The workers are always so freaking rude. I want to slap them every time I go.

You don't understand how PBM works. Rx doesn't end with your MD, it ends with adjudication.

It's all by design. I was a regional manager of specialty pharmaceutical drugs (injectables) for Walgreen's and it is a strategy that is used to make sure you have enough time to shop and make impulse buys.

More than likely it's waiting on approval from insurance companies.

Almost no true specialty is dispensed via retail. It's one thing to go get Zith at CVS, it's another world getting Hep C's.

I bring a script in once a month. The doctor prints them and gives them to me in advance so I have to bring it in physically. There is always a wait at the Walgreens I go to.

Walgreens by me is the slowest pharmacy I've ever seen. If you go to the drive through, you've got a minimum 5 minute wait once you get to the window. The one on Lee and Highland was fast

The specialty pharmacies are not very common. I had a limited amount of stores in a 7 state territory.

As huge as Walgreen's is, I've never worked for a more disorganized company. Nearly 2 years after I left, they still had not disconnected my company phone and it still had my voice mail on it.

I don't take medicine but, I can attest to the fact that the DMV is a pain in the azz...
