The Costco customer was a jerk, but why do people feel the need to break out the cell phone then plaster on the Internet?

if you pull out your phone to video someone with the intent to instigate them into a reaction, then yeah, you are a dick
if you pull out your phone because someone is already making an arse of themselves and you just want to record it because you thinks its funny or for evidence in case it goes further, I don't see anything wrong with that
