Is the Dog Park at City Park back open?

I remember going to the park back in the early spring I think and it was under construction
If not, is the Burbank park the only other dog park in town?

Baton Rouge City Park Dog Park is open.
Was at City Park Tennis Center Yesterday morning for my son's XC practice. There was a guy with his dog in the dog park at 8AM.
I actually noticed this and thought how odd it was he was alone.
I guess people don't realize it's open back up yet.

We rarely go to dog parks. Nymeria is good off leash so we go on puppy size adventures.
