I used to live right by the new McKinney one before they started building it. Drove past it yesterday and it's coming along. Should be done before too long.

Yeah I figured, but it looked like it might be done by summer. They already have the seats in.

I am trying to keep my commute under 30 min. McKinney to Las Colinas might not be possible under that parameter lol.

I’ll nominate Mountain Brook/Homewood/Vestavia Hills, AL if it hasn’t already been mentioned

That little pocket south of the PGBT is a shithole.

Saving you money there baw.

The area in Hebron intrigues me though.

Edit: Shithole by my standards

Yeah my office is in that area just east of those houses. I'm not looking to buy over there

That Hebron/Carrollton area is nice.

Hebron is popping, and you have Nebraska there so your wife can empty your savings account .

we'll soon have Amazon HQ2

I'm on the neighborhood app and people are losing their damn mind about this possibility. A lot of them are older folks it seems and they think it going into the lot near DFW would make grapevine a crime zone and ruin housing. Cracked me up. I do enjoy the smallish city feel to grapevine and i live a minute from the lake. Don't think amazon would ruin that.

Ehhh. I just feel bad for them. Living the life in the concrete jungle is nothing but depressing.

Uh which one is the concrete jungle?

I lived in Frisco, McKinney, and now Dallas and had plenty of green and concrete around me in all 3.

I can drop some money at Nebraska. It's so fricking convenient and you can either be bougie or ghetto at the same time price wise.

There's a great pizza joint nearby too.

It's really hard to settle on one area to buy in, they all have really great things going.

Yeah we got an expensive arse tempurpedic there and then paid $150 for a coffee table and end tables.

They have legit stuff in the clearance sections of each department. I need to go back and get a cheap refrigerator for the garage.
