They have tons of cash on hand. Money laundering banks are never short on cash.

My thought process behind using Regions was this.

Freshman year at Lsu I needed a new bank account and I remembered there was one by Wienerschnitzel. I walked to Union Planters Bank and opened an account. They got bought by Regions. That account is still our main joint bank account almost 30 years later.

It's Bank OZK now and why would you think they might be next?

Regions is one of the larger regional banks. It would cause a bit of a ripple in the southeast if they went under but I hardly consider some lights on to be a sign of that.

The fear has started because a bank that basically gave risky loans to tech startups/crypto has gone belly up. The media really does have a lot of people scammed.

I have no idea where Regions exists outside of AL, LA, MS and FL. They are probably in other states too. It's a pretty big bank. Top 20-30 in the country I think.

You should look up the Regions ESG report. I was appalled by it. Basically reads like a WEF manifesto. Who is writing this stuff?

Depends on if you are talking about consumer or corporate banking.

TX, NC, SC, MO, IN, KY, IL, among other states

A number of lending groups lend nationwide from I’ve seen

Why are we talking aboot Regions being next to go under? Is this based in anything, or did you just pull this idea out of your prison wallet?

Any articles I have read that speculate on who could be next did not mention Regions.
