Is it possible to sell usable junk (to me) without looking like a crack head?

Cleaning out a spare room and have some stuff I just hate to throw away.
I have:
Stock 05 F150 headlights
F150 running boards
04 Chevy 1500 running boards
Volvo S60 headlight I spent $100 for and never put on before wrecking car
I feel like this stuff is worth something and hate to toss it but I feel like I’d roll into what a pawn shop or post it on Facebook I’ll look like a crack head.
What do I do with this shite?

This. It is actually one redeeming quality of Facebook. If you have a decent amount of friends, your junk will probably sell like crazy. It is like having a high-tech garage sale, free of the hassle of an actual one.

You can sell damn near anything on Facebook. My wife has put used appliances on there in the past and her message box blows up non stop.
