A lined pool maybe. An in ground gunnite pool is gonna run 40-50 without any bells and whistles

I got a 12' X 28' rectangular fiberglass in ground pool installed last year for $32,800. This included the cement pool deck. Check out Central Pools.

Similar story... fiberglass similar size, jacuzzi in one end. $40k w 10 foot apron. With added features (waterfall gas fire features) and “hidden costs” (electrician to run line for pump, plumber), ran about $50K.

Friend just built a house. Added a pool for $25k. This was a very rural area in Florida panhandle with not many contractors around.
