I would give it a few days before I did. Let your body adjust to the stimulating effects. It's not worth feeling on edge all day over.
ETA: I take 20mg a day and drink coffee daily now. The jittery, amped up feeling passes after a week or two and you'll just have clean concentration if your dosage is right.
Also, you'll probably have a low appetite and won't feel like eating. Make sure you force yourself to. You'll turn into a huge a-hole and won't even know it if you don't. My appetite returned to normal after about a month.

Depends on how productive you want to be....or if you like vibrating in your seat, talking as fast as Bobby Jindal, or having high blood pressure.
Back in undergrad, I'd take about half of a 20mg tablet when I wanted to stay awake all night to study for an exam. 30mg right off the bat seems really high.
