frick no that's not okay. A happy hour/dinner drinks every couple weeks with same sex coworkers or friends is healthy and okay.

its ridiculous to ask this question. There is nothing wrong with having drinks with co-workers, regardless of sex.
Now if the happy hour turns into a night of partying, you are going to have issues. Its bad policy to party with co-workers, nothing good can happen. Regardless of sex.
