I think the point you're trying to make is Christians will budge on their values alot easier than Muslims. For example you now see homosexuality accepted in some churches. That would never happen in a Muslim place of worship. In that aspect I agree with you.

Christianity is too. Christianity is pretty liberal. Feed all the poor. Give your money. Don’t judge. Jesus wasn’t a conservative capitalist that’s for sure.

Not my faith, but I also think it's unrealistic that you can remove all religion from government officials. If someone is religious, it is part of their identity, and part of the reason they are elected. If you elect someone because they are atheist well it's the same thing. Again, I would argue political ideas and groups are becoming religions. Have you talked to the climate change whackos?
