In Old Mandeville and saw a guy walking down the flooded street holding his cell phone in the air. I yelled "AT&T?" and he said "Yeah" so I held up my phone and said "Verizon." I loaned him my phone so he could call AT&T to tell them his cell, internet, etc is all out and then called his family.

AT&T is out all the way from Baton Rouge to Bogalusa at a minimum

If any of you have an old iPhone and you don’t want to switch….
Went to Verizon store on college yesterday. They can unlock att iPhones and give you a Verizon number. And…you can go monthly with no contract.

Lost AT&T internet this morning. Not sure if it's just a issue with me and possibly hardware or more widespread.
Strange though to get cell service back yesterday and then lose internet today.

Boss called this morning and told me to get us out of our company AT&T wireless contract as soon as power and services come back on. He said he's had enough. So looks like we'll be switching after about 25 years.
