She has a baby, she will play the "but my baby" sympathy card if she needs to.

As someone who has a handicap license plate and needs a parking spot with the blue hash marks (to let ramp down), I only park in a handicap spot about half the time.. Because people are fricking morons.

Seriously, it depends on where I go.. But if I go to walmart for example, I park towards the back of the parking lot because the handicap parking spots become a cluster frick. You have people without a tag or handicap plate who will park there, people with a tag or license plate get made and they end up parking in the blue hash marks. And if they end up parking in the hash marks on side of my van then I can't put down my ramp. So I will put the ramp down to let it hit their car and if I am lucky, it will leave a small scratch.

But if it is anywhere that involves the general public, I people will do stupid shite.

Yes.

When there are no handicapped people using the spot it is ok for use.

Nothing like titling your photos that everyone in imgur is poor, etc and getting everyone riled up.
