Those 3 beers could end up costing you about 10 grand. Is that really worth it?

Baw how about instead of drinking a beer while you drive home, you drink a beer while you walk your big arse down to your mail box. You'd no longer be breaking the law and you'd be getting exercise.

No there is not anything wrong with doing that.

An open container ticket is under 200 bucks?

My mailbox is two miles further on the blacktop.

The fact that you had to ask if this is trashy, then refuse to accept everyone's trashy assessment, proves how trashy you really are.

Every day
And I might even have a few at my desk before I leave the office.

Even better. More exercise and you'd probably have time for two or three beers.

You're from houma. If I start a thread asking about tall tees, gold chains, and white sunglasses, then I will consider you an authority.

Texting is what really pisses me off and I am a huge vagina on this subject because some people still choose to text and drive. It's ridiculous to me and I will tell it to anyone who is dumb enough to do it.
Yeah... I sometimes drive like shite when texting. Its even worse when I'm drinking, texting, and driving! Good point!

Texting and driving is just stupid... So is drinking a beer or two on the way home... However..... I have more control while im having a couple beers than anyone who is texting... But whats worse is that the texting people just don't give a shite.... People are so entitled and spoiled in this day and age that it pisses me off......

Not a 12 pack of bud light mind you, but I had a few canebrakes on the way home today and it was absolutely delightful.
Windows down, lynyrd skynyrd Pandora, ice cold ale
Do you not know who those 25oz cans of beers are geared towards? Whether it's by the plants on 61 or hood off Plank. Those are road beers.

My aunt, who was killed at 23, by a dump truck driver driving home while sipping on a few would say, yes, that’s trashy.

If you weren't supposed to do that, they wouldn't sell beer at that gas station at the foot of the Causeway.
Kidding. You're not supposed to do that. But, my husband tells of his father always stopping there for a beer before they hit the bridge. I'm pretty sure a lot of people did/do it.

Back in the 90s my father worked operations at Dow Chemical. He claimed that there were some guys he worked with that would drive from the Plaquemine site, stop at Harry's 1-Stop, pick up a sixer and drive home to Livingston every day.
That's some retarded crap to do, regardless if it's trashy. Get in wreck, you're screwed. Pulled over, you're screwed. Not worth it regardless of tolerance.
