Kids on this site should have some kind of Scarlett letter marking

The older I get, the less I care about arguing. I will offer my input or opinion pretty much once. If the other person wants to know more, I'll tell them. When I want to understand someone else's stance, I ask questions. The thing is, you will rarely change people's minds about anything. So really, you're just going around alienating people to be "right". Who cares? People are often dumb, but they're dumb because they don't listen. You're not going to fix that by winning an argument

I had a healthy gun control debate with my son last night, but it is my job to educate him. He said he couldn't argue with me because I was more knowledgeable on the subject. I told him to go read up on it and get back to me

If you can read and interpret information on a HS level you can see who and what my comment was about.

please tell me you don't go to school in br. I have a hard time imagining a bunch of Ivy League grads teaching there

And you really do have a lot to learn if you honestly think you're constantly winning debates against Ivy League educated teachers. It's probably more like ok I gotta get this kid to stfu so I can do my job. "you win, futures bleak"

You know more about the situations that occur in my life than me? Are you delusional? I'm going to presume yes

I don't follow your logic. Please explain it to me

And yes, I can read and interpret information on a hs level so no need to dumb it down for me

My logic is one based in reality. Your logic is one based in your own opinion derived from your own feelings.

About as much as i can dumb it down for you
