Should buy around Lavon or Fate. Lavon is a heck of a lot more no shirt and flip flops, though. And don't rule out just saying screw it and come on out to ETX.

In Oak Lawn & still no power. Oncor has updated my house status from Unknown to Assessing Condition so I guess that is something. Trying to figure out where I’m going to watch the game & probably have to head across Turtle Creek to Uptown to get a good sports bar if you know what I mean.
