So, is there some voodoo here that makes this magical? Take some take out, add a bunch of new ingredients, and you now have a new dish. Is that something special?

It’s not that, it’s how Chef Susur has never ate Taco Bell, Panda Express, or Popeyes in his life...his reactions when he taste the food choices Jet presents to him (majority of the time, he spits it out)...keep in mind, he is a world renowned chef and to watch his reaction, expressions, and views of fast food is fascinating...and to take the ingredients and turn it into dish in his vision is fun.

I've watched several of his videos including the Panda Express one. His take on Panda Express dish look so good.
