One that seemingly has the capability to exit and then re-enter the atmosphere. This is at least the second test.

You'll have to ask Trump why simple political calculus by this woman (whom he should have relieved of her duties day 1, his mistake) upset him so much. I don't know why he wrote that note that sounded like a 6th grade girl whose boyfriend cheated on her, but he did, he must have felt pretty showed up by this woman to do it.

How is it we go from discussing possible ramifications of the missile test to drinking liberal tears?
