Exactly. They make lightweight muslin covers so the baby doesn't overheat. Also, open top covers so no one can see (unless standing directly on top of you) but you can see the baby and the baby can get air. There is zero need for this behavior.

This annoys me so much. It's absolutely for attention. There is no need to do this so blatantly in public. And no need to be at Disneyland with a breast feeding baby. People have lost their minds when it comes to babies and little kids. They do not belong everywhere. If you want to go to Disneyland, get a sitter. And if you can't afford a sitter, Don't go. It's like people thibk having a kid gives them some kind of pass for all manner of faux pas. I see it all over fb in varying degrees.

Or you go and whip out your tit to breastfeed because who gives a frick.

Obviously, this chick was craving attention which is shitty but even with that, people really should just mind their business and not worry about shite that has no effect on them. In the same realm, when the Mom sees 2 people getting upset, she should ignore them and not give a frick and not try to instigate them further.

In other words, just mind your business, all of them.

if you're not an OT 7 or above you should not breastfeed in public.

This is how people get their arse kicked in easily avoidable situations.

And what would you do when they say, sorry but I'm allowed to do this.

I can agree with that in this circumstance. I certainly wouldn't have stood around staring if I were in that situation. But, on separate occasions, I have been having conversations with women who have whipped their boob out and started breast feeding. I find that awkward AF. They may not be embarrassed by that behavior, but I am and don't want to be forced into participating in it. That is rude, IMO.

And again it IS my business

First of all, I shouldn't be forced to see her tit, even by accident

Second of all, and more importantly, I shouldn't have to spend one second explaining to MY children what they just saw because this woman doesn't want to exercise a little modesty at a fricking amusement park full of children.

There are some things you just can't unsee, man!!!

But seriously, this isn't going to do anything to anyone's child to see this.

Why were you forced to participate? You couldn't excuse yourself and walk away?

It's not other people's job to please you and do whatever you feel is comfortable or not awkward, that's your responsibility.

Your children are fricked, just give them away, they can't be saved at this point.

Because both times I was at work doing my job. Sorry. You can continue to argue that this is totally natural and ok behavior, but people with good manners don't do this. It's tacky AF.

Well, it is actually natural. But I haven't argued that it's not tacky AF, not in the least. So you're simply reading what you want to read and ignoring the rest of my posts.

I don't think anyone is saying it isn't tacky, but the people like you and the fat hogs fan who flail their arms in outrage when they see someone breastfeeding without a cover are equally if not more tacky

That's a bingo.

This thread is a perfect example of why we are where are in this country.

One would think the universal response to something this obvious would be "Jesus Christ lady, practice some modesty" but sadly it isn't.

Lots of things are natural, but we don't do them in public because it's rude. But, for whatever reason, people nowadays are trying to out rude each other and then argue that everyone else needs to get over it.
