Considering the rebuild costs for the houses in that area along with liability coverages that does seems cheap.

Maybe not quite as low as I think if insurance separates out earthquake and fire coverages, but it still seems low.

uhhh, Cali caps homeowner rates. Of course they get cheaper rates. Its like rent control in NYC

Its also why State Farm dropped 72,000 policies
