NDIANAPOLIS (WXIN/CNN) - An official with the Indianapolis branch of the letter carriers’ union says the union believes the fatal shooting of a local mail carrier may have happened due to problems with the residents in a house on her route.
Tony Cushingberry, 21, was arrested Tuesday on accusations that he fatally shot 45-year-old mail carrier Angela Summers in the chest while she was on her route Monday afternoon in Indianapolis. He said the union believes this is over the person inside the home not receiving their stimulus check from her deliveries. Their mail had been stopped for about two weeks, requiring residents to pick it up instead. The measure was instituted after several notes left by Summers, urging the owners of a small dog to keep it away from her while she delivered mail. Police have not confirmed any details about what led to the shooting, but Summers leaves behind a teenage daughter and a community trying to make sense of the violence. ..... Terrible .....

Hate crime? Or is that still just the made up phrase for the few times a white kills a black?

I can feel his frustration a bit.
I had a mail carrier refuse to deliver to my house and put me on "pick it up at the office" status because my dog barked at her. Keep in mind my mailbox is outside my ten foot high double brick wall with an eight foot high metal double gate in it.
The dog could see her through the wrought iron gate and would bark at her. Apparently, in her mind, that was enough. I called the PostMaster and theorized that maybe it was because my box was down a long private driveway and required her to get her fat arse out of the mail truck and she didn't like that. He didn't believe me and personally came out to meet me at my house.
He took one look at the gate, apologized for not believing me and reassigned her.

This was racially motivated. White people trying to keep a black man down by not giving him his Pelosi check.
Time to riot in his defense.
