Nope, but I guarantee you there were more qualified male officers to get that rank than her. They just had the misfortune of having a penis in the PC world we live in nowadays.
I guarantee you don't know jack shite about this.

my guess is that they don't have a good spot on the head as a beat cop doesn't wear a helmet that would act as a good base. Next best location is chest like they are placed?
A hat can come off when running or in a fight.

Why aren't the body cams mounted differently--like helmet cams in the military or lower around the waist? When the officer had his weapon up and pointed at the door, you really couldn't see what he was seeing. Assuming he were to shoot someone coming out of the house, he would not be able to prove that the person had a weapon.

When he was talking to the officer with the shotgun and he finally lost his cool at the annoying lady and screamed "GET. BACK."
I'd buy him a beer just for that.
I was hoping to see her arse get dropped with a taser.

Shouldn't he have waited until the guy pointed the gun at him and/or shot him at least once?
An obviously mentally ill guy is running around a neighborhood with a rifle, and you get mad that the cop pulled the trigger? I'm mad at the fricking morons who didn't take the guy's gun out of his house when it's obvious he's not all there. The blood is on their hands, not the cops.

If you are ever involved in a shooting, don't talk to the police. I saw several videos where the cop that is involved in the shooting starts to tell someone what happened and another cops jumps in to tell him to shut up and not talk about it. If cops won't even rehash the scenario without legal representation, then neither should you.
Never, ever, ever talk to the police without a lawyer if it is anything above a ticket. Blows my mind people just start saying stuff.

Yes I have shot just about every weapon I could get my hands on during my time in service.
I tried to be clear I wasn't knocking the guy, it just isn't what I would call a "great" shot.
Yes I have been in combat, yes I have been shot at, yes I have shot at people while being shot at.
He did well no doubt but greatness to me is a top 5% type shot. I have worked with literally dozens upon dozens of men who could make that shot.
