Shutting things down for a few weeks shouldn’t create a 30% drop. This is fear based selling and will correct.

This could rival 2008 for a short period of time from purely an economic standpoint. The difference is that the underlying fundamentals weren't collapsing when this started.

When the business shutdown is over, I'd expect a recovery in a few months unless this drags on until June-July etc.

Comparing either to the Great Depression is laughable.

How narcissistic do you have to be to compare this to the Great Depression, WWII, etc.? The panic has been embarrassing. Compare this to your monthly period.

You do realize that isn’t the type of war WWII was not have a large portion of our public stomached what it would have taken to win. As evidenced by the fact we are still “fighting” it.
