You're kidding yourself if you don't think the OT complains about those things. Unfortunately, you're also kidding yourself if they don't do so for good reason in most cases.
That said, these are good programs. Yea, the fact that they're even necessary is sad, but it's better that these problems are addressed at all.

if they only save one....that's better than what was there before...
breaking the cycle of poverty and ignorance is something i've spent a lot of time thinking about over the years, there isn't any one solution...
to my mind, the largest obstacle is to overcome the culture and that isn't easy to do...

I guess. I just don't see how anyone who takes advantage of the school system can fail. You have to try not to be successful.

Agreed. It is sad when your common sense tells you to feel one way about a type of person, regardless of what they look like. On the other hand, that's why it's called COMMON SENSE or whatever word you want to label it.
However, I applaud any individual trying to better themselves and society. Especially one as jacked up as that one.
